Baked Creamed Spinach recipe

Ingredients:

2 lb of fresh spinach.
1 ½ cups of hot milk.
1 cup of cheddar cheese, grated.
2 tbs of butter.
2 tbs of flour.
1 ts of salt.
Pinch of pepper.
Pinch of nutmeg.

Preparation Instructions: 

Trim and ablution 2 lb of beginning spinach.

Place in a suitably-sized pot with baptize still on the leaves.

Cover; again baker alone until wilted.

Allow to cool, again clasp out the balance water.

In a saucepan, baker the butter; again add the flour.

Whisk and acclaim baker for 3-4 minutes.

Add the milk; again accompany to a boil.

Add the alkali and a compression of pepper and nutmeg.

Cook for about 5-6 minutes.

Combine the booze with the appearance and ½ cup of grated cheese.

Spoon into a baking dish, again top with the added ½ cup of grated cheddar.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
